Tam Ashworth is the best. I have been in the lobby of Aviara where guests bedecked in jewels and expensive clothes were marveling over her centerpiece of simple moss and birch branches. She had taken such simple elements and made them a huge talking point to these women. It was like they were seeing the beauty of nature for the first time. That's a true florist.
